1. Create your own deadline

2. Make a list of work to be done daily
Make a new list every day with a realistic estimate of what can be done in one day. Some people prefer to make a list for a week and loosely followed.

But for some people may be less productive with longer deadlines. Harold Taylor, a time management expert, recommends to work for 90 minutes, and then break it first.

3. Spending time with an effective break
Try to spend time off to leave the office chair. Every 90 minutes, stand up and stretch or do a quick chores, like washing dishes or watering plants.

Or, can stroll around for a while, doing sit-ups a few times or push-ups. Physical activity for a moment when the rest can refresh the mind and burn calories, so people avoid the problem of obesity.

4. Creating a routine
The most effective work at home is by creating your own routines to manage our own work. Like for example by getting a cup of coffee and then sat down to start work immediately.

The important thing is to establish routines that can be effective to complete the work. Try to plan a lunch break, and the schedule for a limited time to complete the job.

5. Evaluating the effectiveness of the use of work time
